Matagarup Zip+Climb is a proud member of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT International), the world's leading organisation dedicated to developing standards and promoting excellence within the challenge course, aerial adventure park and zipline industry. ACCT develops ANSI-accredited standards for the design, operation, inspection and management of challenge courses and ziplines, helping operators maintain the highest levels of safety and professionalism.
Our commitment to safety extends well beyond daily operations. The bridge climb and zipline infrastructure undergo regular inspections and maintenance by qualified engineers and specialist inspectors, while our operating procedures are continually reviewed to ensure they meet rigorous industry standards. Our attraction is also registered with WorkSafe Western Australia for regulatory compliance, with amusement devices such as ziplines subject to Western Australia's work health and safety requirements.
Every adventure begins with a comprehensive safety briefing, where our highly trained guides explain the equipment and procedures before professionally fitting each guest with a full-body harness. Once connected to our continuous safety system, you'll remain securely attached throughout the entire experience, allowing you to enjoy the spectacular views with complete confidence.
With safety taken care of, it's time for the fun to begin. Climb 314 steps to the spectacular SkyView platform atop the iconic Matagarup Bridge, where breathtaking 360-degree views stretch across Perth, Optus Stadium and the Swan River. Then, if you've chosen the Zip+Climb experience, launch from the 35-metre platform and soar 400 metres across the Swan River at speeds of up to 75 km/h.
