Accessibility Information

Matagarup Zip+Climb is a unique activity involving physical challenges, including the requirement to ascend up to 315 stairs while wearing a full body harness harnesses and utilising a hand held safety device. Participants are also required to hold onto a t-bar while zipping 400m over the Swan River.

Due to the structural nature of the bridge and the physical requirements of the experience, some guests with individual needs may not be able to participate in any part of the climb or zip line. There is no lift or alternative access to the summit.

For the safety of guests and our staff, participation by people with individual needs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to support inclusion where safely possible. We support the following:

· Deaf or low hearing

· Cognitive disabilities, including people on the Autism Spectrum
